What do I get after purchase?
You'll receive an email with your license key and a download link for the Ishvana installer. Enter the key when you first launch the app.
Can I use it on multiple computers?
Yes. Each license activates on up to 3 machines. If you need to move to a new machine, deactivate an old one from Settings to free up a slot.
Does it require an internet connection?
Only for the initial activation. After that, Ishvana works fully offline. Features that call external model APIs (Claude, GPT, etc.) need internet, but the app itself and all local features work without it.
What about updates?
Updates within the current major version are free. When a new major version launches (e.g., Ishvana 2.0), existing customers get a discount on the upgrade.
What's the refund policy?

What model providers does it support?
Anthropic (Claude), OpenRouter (hundreds of models including GPT-4 and Gemini), and Ollama (run models locally on your own GPU). You bring your own API keys.
