What do I get after purchase?
You'll receive an email with your license key and a download link for the Ishvana installer. Enter the key when you first launch the app.
Can I use it on multiple computers?
Yes. Each license activates on up to 3 machines. If you need to move to a new machine, deactivate an old one from Settings to free up a slot.
Does it require an internet connection?
Activation needs internet once. Optional update checks, web research, and Wikipedia lookups need internet when you use them. The editor, Legendry, Magic System, local Divinity Engine handlers, and publishing tools work offline after activation.
What about updates?
Updates within the current major version are free. When a new major version launches (e.g., Ishvana 2.0), existing customers get a discount on the upgrade.
What's the refund policy?
If Ishvana isn't working for you, contact support@ishvana.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
What powers the intelligence features?
The bundled Divinity Engine: deterministic local handlers, authored prose variants, handler dispatch logs, and agent orchestration. No provider setup, no external inference account, no per-message bill.
